People Management Officer Intern - 2 years (Fixed term contract)
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of the Human Resources cycle
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Reside in the Limpopo Province – Preferably Ephraim Mogale Local Municipality
- Safety, health, environmental and quality training
- Working knowledge of ISO standards
- Forklift and Loader will be an added advantage
- Attention to details

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the people management department with day-to-day tasks
- Assist with value adding people management projects
- Responsible for administrative tasks
- Assist with compiling people management analytical information
- Employee relations
- Assist with people management reporting functions
- Exposure to people management functions
